STANDARD-GUM TECHNIC has 40 presses from 15 to 400 tonnes, for manufacturing all technical or commodity thermoplastic resins, parts in rubber, silicon and thermosetting plastic. Multi-material overmoulding, thermoplastic/rubber, silicon/rubber/inserts, thermoplastic/thermoplastic overmoulding. Bi-injection by transfer or rotary plate. Finishing, screen printing, tampography, hot stamping, electroplating. Assembly shop, hot fitting of inserts and ultrasonic welding. STANDARD-GUM TECHNIC also has a CAD equipped design office for designing parts (digital simulation) and tools (rheological study).
